Distribution of Relief Materials:

With the financial assistance of Bridge of Light Germany and own fund of Annesha Foundation (AF), relief materials and blankets were distributed among the people of Jhalokati, Bagherhat and Pirojepur who were affected by the Super Cyclone Sidr which struck the south and south west region of  Bangladesh in the awful night on 15th November, 2007.

 1.            Family package (6 items): rice-10 kg, pulse- 1 kg, salt-1 kg, potato-10 kg, soybean oil-1 liter and Oral                                 saline- 6 packets. The food materials were distributed among 1028 households.

2.             Child package (3 items): powder milk -1 kg, sugar -1 kg, semolina (suji)-500 gram. The child food was                                given to 422 babies.

3.             Blankets: Each of 687 households got one blanket.

The Sidr victims are collecting relief materials distributed by Annehsa Foundation.

 

 

Mr. John Edward Karmoker, Assistant Director of Annesha Foundation (AF) is distributing relief materials to the Sidr victims of Nalchiti.

Mr. James Mohanando Mondol, Chief Accountant of Annesha Foundation (AF) is distributing relief materials to Sidr victims of Deypara in Kachua Upazila of Bagerhat District.

 

Mr.Sekander Hayat Rizvi, Nirbahi Officer of Nolchiti Upazila of Jhalokati District is speaking to the Super Cyclone Sidr victims of Chitolmari.
