[ Monthly Staff Meeting
In accordance with the rules of the organization, monthly meetings are organized at the end of each month in all regional offices and also at the Central office also meetings are organized with the central Project Chiefs and Regional Heads. In the monthly meetings the activities of the previous month are evaluated. The errors / problems are identified and steps are taken for future correction. The directives/suggestions are given from central office to the head of the branch offices and accordingly the head of the branch offices give the same to the fields.
[ Field Supervision by Organizational Officers
According to the organizational rules, the regional officers will visit fields every day and the concerned central officers 20 days a month. As per rule the central officers are to submit their work plan by the 2nd of each month. And visit the field as per plans. During their visit they supervise and monitor the activities. They have the previous errors corrected and suggest for future steps. As a result the data/information especially of IGP/credit is up to date. Because of their close supervision and strong monitoring the irregularities, if any are identified easily and can be rectified immediately. This way the central office staff helps the regional head to implement the activities successfully.
[ Activities of the Executive Committee:
Annesha Foundation (AF), since its outset, has convened the Meeting of the Executive Committee regularly. The Executive Committee Meetings are held once in every 3 months but the Executive Committee held 6 meetings
in FY- 2007-2008. In the last financial year, the Meeting of the Executive Committee evaluated functions of the organization and helped by various project approvals, suggestions and recommendations. Special thanks and gratitude go to all the members of the Executive Committee. The present Executive Committee is composed of as follows:-

All donations of Annesha Foundations are deposited to the bank account. Bank accounts are operated by joint signatures of the Chairman, the General Secretary/Director and the Treasurer. In every tri-monthly meeting, activities, accounts, income-expenditure are scrutinized and approved by the Executive Committee.
